My Fast Weight Loss

I am losing 150 pounds as fast as I can. I’m 39 years old and pregnant with my fourth child. I began this weight loss program in December 2010 at 321 pounds. I was diagnosed with type II diabetes and all the risk factors that come with it. My doctor would recommend me for gastric bypass surgery. I refuse to cripple my body to lose weight. I lost 40 pounds with a healthy low-carb 1500 calorie diet and a lot of sweat, “Biggest Loser” style and was no longer diabetic. Then I gained some of my weight back, and that's when I got pregnant. Now I am losing weight while pregnant, because hCG is helping free up my fixed fat stores (like belly fat). Follow me as I lose weight fast while pregnant, the healthy way!
